Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

my 15 year old son is charged with a sex crime against his sister. he was released from juvinile with the conditions he stay at his aunts house til this matter was resolved. they kicked him out for lying all the time. his attorney will not speak to us. now without my consent or knowledge his attorney has told him that he can stay with his grandmother who lives in another county, house reaks of animal urine and feces, has no transportation, has dymentia, shakes constantly from a stoke, and him being there allows him to be around his siblings who are felons themselves. the grandmother has been in trouble for hot checks herself. can his attorney do that? What can i do? i would prefer he be sent back to juvinile since he messed up staying with his aunt and uncle then to be at grandmothers.
