Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I am being accused of keying a old friends car. I had nothing to do with this incident. The girl that got her car keyed says they have a witness . The witness texted me saying the girl was accusing her of keying the car and the witness claims seeing me drive the night of the incident. I think the whole situation is bullshit. Today the girl that had her car keyed brought the police to my old address and I no longer live there. I have not spoken to any police yet. The only reason why I believe I'm being accused is because the girl bullied me constantly at school and decided to point the finger at me. What will happen? How can I further prove my innocence? What are my rights? Is there even a witness?
