Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

I got two friends that are fighting one punch the my other friend blake three times he didn't do anything next thing I notice in the morning he sueing my friend ethan who punch blake both of them were drunk I want to know if there a loop pole in this where my friend ethan dont go to jail

Some of the information you shared was confusing. If one man is doing the other in civil Court, there will be no jail time. Jail time would come from a criminal conviction. Your friend can't sure in criminal Court, only the Prosecutor can. If neither man made a police report, it is unlikely that there will be a criminal case.
