Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Meth Lab
My cousin was arrested and senteced to 20 years for manufacturing and distrubiting meth. He was guilty of this, however, after the trial, my cousins wife openly start dating the DEA Agent who ''found the lab'' and is friends with the prosecutting attorny who tried the case. We are in a small town and the Lawyers are friends with each other and friends with the Judges.
This is not sour grapes, the wife was possibly seeing the DEA Agent before the raid and both attorneys actions were questionable during the trial. The DEA Agent divorced his wife and plans to marry my cousins wife and raise my cousins children.
