Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

I am on probation for a felony DUI, I had over a year pre trial probation, Wore a SCRAM bracelet for 18 months with no incidents, Have served almost 3 years of my 5 yr probation and have been on call in for the past two years. I have no violations, All requirements were fulfilled within months of sentence. I have been with the same company for over 7 years married for 17 yrs, have no criminal background other than the DUI's over a 25 year period. I have been promoted 3 times since probation began and have peaked at work unless I can travel and or relocate. Just wondering the odds of qualifying for early termination of probation in MO? On another note, Although I have not had any trouble what so ever and seeked private counseling above and beyond what the PO ordered and got her letters from her counselors praising my success and completion of programs, my PO simply does not care for me. I think it is just a clash in personalities but she puts her emotions and thoughts ahead of the facts so I assume she will be of little help. Thanks,

It if impossible to give a precise prediction off your likelihood of successfully having your pronation early. It is above zero though. Depending upon what judge you have and what the PO actually says, it seems that tit chances are good.

Good luck
