Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

I don't want to testify against my husband.

I have been called to testify against my husband in a domestic violence situation. This is the first time he has been arrested for assault against me.. What do i need to say in court to let the judge know that i will not testify against my husband.

something like '' It is my constitutional right not to speak on matters that may incriminate my husband?'' I am desperate as I don't want to say anything stupid sounding in court.

Thanks for your help.
