Re: law suites

Do you mean you won a law suit? A law suite is a really nice office with a couch and maybe a half bath and a sepearate reception area. I would love to know how you won one of those.

If you meant law suit, there are se4veral ways to collect on a judgement. You can garnish the person's wages or execute on their bank account. You could place a lien on the real property they own in the state. You could attach certain large equipment they own, such as boats, trucks, power tools.

Which way is best, is determined by teh size of the judgmetn and the assets of the debtor. You may do well to have a collection attorney evalutate your situation for you. They probably won't charge much to look over your information and give you some guidance. You might even hire them to collect the debt for you.

Good Luck
