Legal Question in DUI Law in Missouri

In Missouri.

I got arrested for DWI and lost my license. I'll have it back in 90 days.

But, my school demands a copy of my license now.

I'm considering going to DMV to request a duplicate copy of my license, because I don't think they've processed the suspension yet.

What would the consequence be if they sent me a duplicate license and then realized I was suspended? Or the consequence of applying for a duplicate if they know of the suspension when I apply? (I'm not going to be driving.)

It is unclear Why your School wants a copy of your license. Although your license has been suspended, you might still be able to get a State ID. That should suffice for any legitimate reason to have a copy of your license.
