grave emotional destress

my father is 78. he is in bad heath and is getting harrassed by the hospital for payment, so he sold his land without family knowing, he had no lawyer and signed the papers on his own, we went to get his belongings and almost got arrested for being on the land, his whole life is there , the new owners will not let us on the land to get it. how do we go about getting help on getting my fathers whole life back from the new owners, thank you

You need to hire an attorney and fight this out in court. If your father was not competent to sell the land, and that is a possibility, it is a possibility that a court would reverse the sale. If your father was unduly influenced by the hospital, that too could be an issue.

Hire an attorney and go after them all.
