Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My attorney sent this to me today. I do still owe $375 for the retainer. The information they received was not complete. They did not contact the right person from ESA who could have told them I texted her about the malfunction in my alcohol monitoring device. I emailed them asking them to contact her so she could explain the missed tests. Now I have a week and a half to try and find another attorney. Is there anything I can do? I have felt all along they were more concerned with pleasing my ex and his attorney than working for me. My attorney is friends with my exes attorney. Advice please.

Shari,

Attached is the ESA Violation Report this office received on you. Please be advised that it is the intent of this office to withdraw from your Dissolution Matter in Clay County because you failed to notify Mrs. VanFleet of this violation and you also failed to comply.

You will need to call the office and set up a time on either Friday or Monday to sign the Consent to Withdraw that has been prepared in your matter.

You have a hearing Tuesday Sept. 8, 2015 at 9:00 am in your Dissolution Matter that you must be present for.
