Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My baby's mother never put me on my sons birth certificate. She won't let me pick him up or see him without my mom but I want to be able to take him places. She had to state issue a paternity test to get me to pay child support and I do. What rights do I have as a father? She refuses to sign an affidavit to put me on it. Please help.
