Back Child Support

The father was court ordered to pay child support 1970. Only paid one time would not keep job and moved. Tried to prosecute but courts wre not nearly as sympathetic to women

then. Now he has inherited a lot of money and a esate in Oklahoma and Missouri(which he has waitd on a very long time rather than work)The kids are grown but they did without a lot of things especially dental care which they still need. Can they or us sue this man for back child support he never paid. By the way he was only ordered to pay 15.00 a week for two children in 1970
