can I call the other parties attorney to the stand

It is very rare. But. sometimes Counsel can be called to testify. Obviously, there are many items that they would not be allowed or have to answer regarding the litigation or interactions with their client. Your attorney will be the one to decide if they need to call an attorney to the stand. If you are Pro Se (representing yourself) it may be advisable to call another parties attorney to the stand. They would have right to Cross examine themself, and thereby make statements and put documents before the Court that they otherwise could not.
