Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My ex convinced me to help him get out of jail. I asked the judge to Lower his bond and he got out.( domestic violence 6 felony charges) Upon release he got out and moved with me even though there was a protection order by the judge. He isolated me from family.He suggested we get married so i wouldn't have to testify. He manipulated and intimidated me into doing it. Up until a week before the trial/ pretrial he made me not answer the door for detectives and made me go to a hotel for five days before the trial. I didn't show Up and the trial was dismissed. He recently left, and I'm glad he did. Friends and family suggest i reopen the case. Am i able to very the case reopened by the district attorney? I will be available at all times to testify or make statements. Dismissal waa 10/16

It is up to the prosecutor as to whether he refiles. You need to explain to him your lack of cooperation.
