Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I have a custody order from January 2010 with my son's father which we have never followed, always agreeing on things. Recently I had Social Services called about child endangerment making the allegations I have a meth lab. They came and scheduled another visit only to have it interrupted by a police raid looking for a meth lab. After many hours of destroying my home, I got ticketed for paraphernalia (social services stated "thought to be meth paraphernalia") found in my room and they found nothing else. I took a drug screen and it was negative for synthetics but positive for canibiods and the case was closed, with them saying that any abuse was unfounded. My son's father then went and filed a motion to modify and has had my son for 3 weeks (he is entitled to 6 weeks in summer but supposed to advise me by April 1 which he did not) He will not bring him to me and local sheriff's department website says they can only enforce an order with specific things in it and the one our order is missing is our order doesn't state that it can be enforced by the law. The father had our son for a week that I agreed to, asked for another week I agreed to and now is trying to ask for another 5 weeks which puts us to our new court date. What can I do to get my son before that? I haven't been served papers yet to see a lawyer and honestly can't afford it so I'm hoping to find legal aid.
