Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

A dad that owes child support is trying to get son who is being placed in a boys home . What's his chance of getting him?

It is nearly impossible to assess a specific case based upon a few general facts. If the mother can no longer care for their Son, the father would have good chance of getting custody, unless there is already a finding of unfitness. Perhaps the father should consult directly with s family law attorney.
