Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My daughter is 14 years old, her biological father had been in prison most of her life. Therefore, we were unable to get child support. Now that he is out and working and is able to support his step children, I believe he can pay child support. My question is can we get back child support for the 14 years he did not pay and if so how do we file for that since it's more of a judicial matter?

No. You could have obtained a child support Order at anytime even if Dad was in prison. Hire an attorney and get one now.
