Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Divorce with no income on behalf of the husband

I have no income as I have just moved back from Germany to the US after living in Germany for 11yrs. I have all the legal paperwork to process my divorce by myself. I understand I have to have her sign along with my signature, I just want instructions on how to fill out the paperwork correctly.

Sounds to me like you are asking for legal advice. Hire an attorney. Do-it-yourself divorces almost always cause more legal problems than they solve and cost more money than they save. Divorce lawyers across the state are sharing hundreds of horror stories about people getting themselves into very complicated and expensive legal messes by trying to save a few bucks not hiring a lawyer to provide legal services. I hope that this doesn't happen to you, but if it does, you will have only yourself to blame. Good luck.
