Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I appreciate enormously the immediate response to my question. I need to clarify it a bit. Can a French citizen living in Brussels be deposed in Brussels or be subpoened to give a response to interrogatories concerning a divorce decree in MO when he actually knows neither Respondent or Petitioner of the case in question? Thank you in advance for responding.

For more clarity, you'll have to consult an attorney in Brussels, or perhaps one allowed to appear in an EU Court. As for Missouri Courts are concerned, they have little or no power to force a non-party to respond to Interrogatories until they come into the State.

Good luck
