Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My ex-husband is supposed to pay alimony for life as per divorce decree, but stopped paying. He retired from his job at 55 years old, and remarried. Then he moved fro Florida to Maryland and took a job with another company. I am living in near poverty and facing worse. What can I do? I have no money for a lawyer.
