Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Do I have to follow the visitation schedule made up by the Mediator at mediation? If I don't will it hurt me in court?

If you are represented by an atorney, you should ask this question to your attorney. If you are not represented by an attorney, you should be. A Mediator's function is to help parties with issues to reach an agreement. so, if you don't have an agreement, you do ot have to follow the Mediator's schedule. Consult personally with an attorney.
