Legal Question
My husband has been cheating for two years and moved to Illinois on July 24, 2009, Can he file for divorce in Madison County, Il. if we were married in St. Louis County, Mo?
Also he has mentioned signing a quick claim deed, would he still be liable for half the mortgage payments or if I would decide to sell the house would he still be entitled to half the equity in the House?
