Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Me and my husband have been separated for over a year now, I just recently filed divorce papers and he just recently received his before this I was allowing him to see his child but he was only allowed to contact me via email or text last I heard from him was before christmas last year Because I have a restraining order against him for threats. I just heard from him last sunday he wanted to see his daughter but I didn't respond because of his absence before. Since I filed the papers do I have to allow him to see his child?

There is not requirement to disobey a protective order. But, keeping a child from their other parent is good way to lose custody, and wind up paying support to him.

Good luck
