Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

If m husband lied on our marriage application about being married and divorced before, does that make our marriagie null and void? If so would I be able to get married again without having to provide information through the court that it is so? What can I do?

It is impossible to give informed advice. If your husband was still married, then he committed bigamy and your marriage is void. If he just didn't disclose the facts of being married and divorced before it has no legal effect. It means nothing as to the status of your marriage.
