Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Getting messy

Even if the husband's lawyer has the correct home address for wife (given by her) and husband files divorce, but all papers show only her work address including court records, to serve papers only at her work...is this ethical? Home address doesn't show on anything. Also, what if he works for his parents, uses an unregistered fictitious name for the company in his divorce papers. There would be no way to collect child support would there?

Husband can have wife served at work. Ther is nothing unethical about it. As to your other questions, you should hire an attorney and ask your attorney. Good luck.
