Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I am in the middle of a divorce in Missouri and my ex-wife is trying to get me to pay 100% of the expenses for our daughter. Right now I am the only one with a job even though my ex and I have been living separately for three months. She has yet to even pretend to find a job and seems to be trying to get child support set before she starts looking. Can I request a deviation since my ex is capable of working with no limitations and has been offered jobs by two of her old employers that she has turned down during the time we have been separated or am I going to have to agree to pay 100% and then hire a lawyer to have the order modified once she finally decides to get a job?

I am also still paying all off her bills so that she and my daughter can stay in my house, she relinquished it to me fully, instead of them having to move while I live with my parents. When can I stop paying for all of her living expenses since we again have been living separately for the past three months.

Hire an attorney if you don't already have one. If you have an attorney, ask him or her. You obviously have no understanding of the law or the legal process. Personally, I have no understanding of brain surgery.

Stop paying for her; get a lawyer and file the right motions
