Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I am in the middle of a divorce with a temporary parenting plan in place. We have a daycare that we use that was decided on while we were still together. At this time both of my boys are sick with a virus. I have found a individual that is able to watch the children while they are sick. This individual is CPR certified and has experience but is not state certified because she does not provide child care full time. I would be using this person as a back up. The other parent is stating that this in not acceptable and that I can not do this, that they have to right to meet and interview this person and that license and certifications have to be presented. My question is this fact do they have a say and do they have to be a part of this decision?

It depends upon what the court ordered; and impossible to give informed advice without seeing the written order.
