Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

In the parenting plan with joint physical custody it states under visitation: the respondent shall have reasonable visitation rights with the children and is then followed only by a Mother's Day and Father's Day description of visitations on said days. What exactly does that mean and entail. Also having joint legal as well as joint physical if the residential parent does not show up to a minor surgery of one of the children and the non custodial parent does attend can the residential parent tell the non custodial parent they can not take that child home after the surgery because they have someone else going to do that.

You must follow the terms , if they are unreasonable and you have legal grounds to change them, move to modify.
