The problem with my divorce.
In my divorce I was awarded a lump sum of $10,000 upon receipt of my signing my interest of the house that we both owned over. I signed the proper papers and never received the money I was supposed to. What can I do about this?

It may be possible to obtain results by having your attorney contact your ex-spouse's attorney. Or,it may be necessary to take your ex-spouse back to Court on a Motion for Contempt. There may also be other solutions to your problem.However, in order to provide you with competent legal advice an attorney should interview you, review your Decree of Dissolution and Separation Agreement if there was one, and also review all other pertinent legal documents.
