Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

How do I get a temporary injunction for restraint to relocate removed? I got a job offer in another state. The noncustodial parent does not have a home and does not even work in the town that he is trying to force me and my children to stay.

Consult directly with a family law attorney, in your area. It will be quicker, and less risky for your new job, than trying it on your own. Modify allows lumted representation. So, you might just have them draft your pleadings, if you can't afford to have them represent you in Court.
