Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My wife and I are separating. She has decided to make this as ugly as possible and has tried to get all of the marital assets she can right now, got a temporary restraining order for an event that I called 911 on as she was the one beating me up, and has now removed me as an authorized user and suspended my cell phone line.

The question surrounds that phone line. I still have access to the internet account to manage it, would it be unwise to unsuspend it with that access so I can still be able to contact who I need to so my affairs can be in order?

If you are on the account, and no Court Order prevents you from doing so, I believe that you have every right to manage the account. These matters can be ugly and expensive, but you need to hire the best attorney you can afford. I might be able to help you myself. I have been handling such cases for 36 years.
