Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

A year ago me my mom and my sister moved to Missouri from Indiana to get away from my dad, our lease is now up and i didn't want to go back so i stood here with a friend, her mom only has legal residency for me but not guardianship, my mom just got in a car accident with her boyfriend, she is hurt really bad, she's in the process of divorcing my dad, my dad wont let go, he didn't know i stood over here until now, now he wants me to come back and he's coming to get me today or tomorrow, i don't want to go because i'm constantly moving and i just settled down he wont listen to me, he's not a good father he makes threats to me but he wont do it now because if he wants to he can get the police involved and for that to happen he has to show he's a good father. I'm only 14 so i can't get emancipated. I need help i don't want to go back. My mom has no idea whats's going on because she's in the hospital. Can you help me please?
