Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

My two younger children were taken by state. That was less than three years ago I'm about to have another child, will they take this one no matter what?

If your parental rights were involuntarily terminated, the state can take this child without a trial. If this child doesn't have the same father as the other two, he may be able to prevent the child going into state custody.

These things are very fact dependent, and you weren't able to provide enough facts here to evaluate your situation.Consult with the attorney that represented you as to the previous children. If that can't happen, then consult directly with a family law attorney in your area before you give birth.

Good luck
