Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

Bought property. Property has mobile home on it. Seller retained title because they wanted to dismantle it. Said it would be gone in about a month. It has been 5 months & many phone calls & they still have not finished. Nothing was written in contract. What are my options?

Send the seller as letter that starting June 1st, the rent to keep the mobile home on your property will be $150 per month. If rent is not paid by the5 if any month, the mobile home will be considered abandoned, and said salvage to pay back due rent, and compensation for your time in having to sell the abandoned property. This letter will probably get the mobile home removed by May 31st.
