Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

Is it legal for me to have to work around a large amount of blood residue unknowingly and not being in a medical profession?

It is generally illegal to make someone work. Missouri is an at will employment state. Normally, am employee can quit any job, if they are asked to do something they don't want to.
