Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

Missouri. 3 plaintiffs have filed suit against 84 defendendents in quiet claim to dispute common property rights. These are weekend homes. On the summons, a main defendent is named, however, the remaining 83 defendents received summons. Are all defendents required to answer summons separately?

Also, do defendents have reasonable request to move venue if it is more convenient for 51% of the parties and the existing venue has a population less than 13,000 which includes the plaintiff's, their attorney, and judge?

Yes, each must answer. Whether a change of venue is approoprate depends upon the facts and the venue sstatutes.
