Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

I am being sued by capital one bank, and I have a summons to appear in court today. But I settled with a third party yesterday. Do I still need to appear?

Take the evidence of your prior settlement with you to court that. Otherwise, you may get a judgment against you by default.
