Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri
ex wife generated municipal complaint for open container in public,and being intoxicated.Recieved summons in mail for ord. violation.I was not arrested or questioned by police but have to show up in court.Any advice?Is it just her word against mine in front of the judge or does the prosecutor get involved?I was riding a bike.
