Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri

Hello,

I am a U.S. resident that is planning to help nurses from Southern European Union countries to find a temporary job in the nursing industry in the U.S. There is demand from U.S. hospitals for these type of professionals that reside overseas and there is also offer from lots of qualified candidates in Europe to temporarily work in the U.S. I have that piece figured out but neither hospitals nor myself are sure how to overcome the visa challenges (e.g. what type of visa the foreign nurses will need). I would love to hear what the alternatives are and then after I get the most appropriate visa/s available, we could engage in more depth-consulting services to cover the details of the chosen visa.

If you need further details about my case, please let me know and Ill gladly share. Thanks,

Francisco

In my opinion, that ship has sailed. Schedule A nurses have been absorbed by the EB3 category & are not as fast to process as years ago. There are no particular non-immigrant visas for nurses & H-1B's are not typically given to regular RN's, as it is not viewed as a specialty occupation. I recommend you meet with an experienced immigration attorney in-person, however, I don't think there are many economic opportunities for nurse recruiters, as there was years ago.
