Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri

I got RFE for 485 (based on NIW), and PD retrogressed when I submited my response for RFE. Do I need to wait for PD to be current before they process my case? If yes, say my PD be current in 6 month, will they then ask me to update my information since it's been more than 1 year since submission of 485? If yes, does my PD have again need to stay current when I update my info? If yes, it seems like an endless process, unless my PD stays current all the time. Please advice! Thank you very much! Yes; USCIS will not be able to complete adjudication of your case until an immigrant visa number is available for you. You might have to update your info, it just depends on how long it takes for your PD to become current. If they need updated info or biometrics, they will notify you by mail.

You should not be scheduled for another interview, though.

Just make sure you keep renewing your EADs (and advance parole, if you qualify).
