You didnt indicate why or how you are a ward of the state, so that may affect your options. The first option is to make the present living situation liveable. Have you yet assumed that what your Mom says about how you live your wife is correct? At 16 it is nearly impossible for you to accurately assess the future ramufications of your present choices. If you cannot improve the present situation, them emancipation may be your option. You wi? have to show more than just a place where soneone wi? let you sleep and keep your things. Yiu wi? n3d to prove that you can support yourself. Some judges wont finf selfvsufficiency, if it means you wont finish High School.

Good luck
