Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri

if a friend owning a house, offered and aggreed to let me stay in his house, no rent, pay ultilities, and help do small home improvment projects . live there while going to college or till house is sold. i am 42 years old unemployed and trying to acomplish graduating with an associate's degree .within the first month living in his house is when the trouble started. before the second month he wanted me out of there I have nowhere to go i had to drop school for a quarter and from then it has turned my life upside down . all I want is a secure place to live as I'm going to college if he would have never came to me asking me to leave, I could be hired as an intern and getting ready to graduate college . instead I'm homeless no job and no one to help. is there anything that i can do?

There may be several shelters that you could move to. Your school may be able to help you find another student seekinga roommate. Or, you could change whatever it was that made your benefactor want you to leave.
