Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri

i was recently evicted but i noticed that on the notice tjat i was the same case mumber as an earlier notice that i had taken care of and paid for is this legal or can an eviction notice be reused

Your posting is odd. If yoy paid off thw debt, then a dusmissal or Satisfaction shoukd have been filed. If deputues.actually came to evict yoy, then the Court did not know that you had paidthe debt. A landlord (nir their employees) can serve the evuction Order. You might need to hire an attorney to investigste the facts and dicunents if this matter.
