An surgery representing a board can do a civil suit or a quasi-vtimunsl prosecution. A criminal prosecutor must provide exculpatory evidence to the defendant. In a civil action, the extent of information that must be provided, is based upon the extent of Discovery reqursts the defendant's attorney propounds, or the Orders the Court enters. If you're the defendant, discuss the discovery requests with your attorney. If you don't have an attorney, consult directly with one, in your area, as soon as possible.

Good luckests or Orders the make.
