Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Missouri

If I have a company that offers fundraising products or services to non-profit organizations, do I have to register in those states that require a professional fundraising registration? I would not be selling or soliciting to the potential supporters, rather offering products/services to the organization to sell. Much like selling non-profits trash bags at $1 a roll and they sell them for $5.

You explained one of yrou products, but not waht you meant by "fundrainig servcices>" Howqever, you appear to not be in the fund raising buiness, based upon your recitation of the facts, if you merely sell products to fudnrainsers. You are in business though. You must comply with the foreign company registration requirements of each state. Each state is different. You should get independent advice and a legal opinon as to your status in each state that you want to sell goods, or provide your "services."
