got hurt at work

I work for a Temp Service and I got hurt on the job they sent me too. Who is resposiable for gettting me to the doctor?

Normally, the temporary service is your actual employer, and they are responsible for all workers' compensation benefits. Consult an experienced workers' compensation attorney, because additional issues such as third-party liability, may be involved.

Your employer should send you- meaning the temp agency. The business who hired you may also have some responsibility. You should certainly speak to an attorney at the earliest possible moment if there is ANY trouble getting your medical treatment, and to investigate the possible claims that you have.
