Need to know

Is there a law that says a non-Native American can't make and sell native american style flutes ect. ?

In some states, such as New Mexico, it is against the law for non-native Americans to represent goods for sale as being authentic native American products. It is not illegal for them to advertise and sell their goods so long as they do not claim they are native made.
