Car accident
My 10yr old son at the time was hurt severely in a car accident Nov 06 he is blessed to be alive. He had two major surgeries Nov 06 He just had another major one Jan 08. We have a settlement from the other persons insurance (35000 limit) but no where near what he deserves, for what he has gone through and will for the rest of his life. My question is can the car maker be sued. My son was in the back-seat with a seat belt and still received an open head injury. My wife and my other son was in the car but wasn't hurt.

How did he get the head injury? Did one of the front seats collapse backwards? You need to contact an attorney ASAP so that the car can be obtained and looked at by an expert. If you delay, the car could be destroyed by the insurance company. Feel free to give me a call or email.
