Normally not if that person was a trespasser. However, you may still be liable if you are maintaining what the law refers to as an "attractive nuisance", or have knowledge of a dangerous condition that exists on your property. If someone is suing you, you might refer it to your homeowner's insurance company or hire an attorney to defend you.
