Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri

Can I sue club owner if I sustained injuries while inside his club during a fight. There were at least 300 people and maybe 3 or 4 security guards whom I assume was in charge of keeping the peace. When the fight broke out there were maybe 40 or 50 people involved. I got cut in the face with a broken bottle and have over 150 stitches and more cuts on my collar bone. I lost my coat, cellphone, house keys and car keys fleeing from this chaos. Can I be compensated?

If you now anyone else who was involved or affected by the incident, start making lists of names, addresses adn numbers. This will be very valuable to your and your attorney. If you know if anyone was arrested or otherwise charged with any offenses over the matter, you will want to keep notes on that as well.

Ther are numerous factors which affect an injured person's ability to make a successful recovery in this type of situation. Certainly, the person cannot be an instigator of the fight. If the person is an innocent bystander, the chances of recovery are greatly increased. Consult an experienced personal injury attorney.
